As a distinguished educators’ educator, Norleen finds fulfilment in dismantling barriers to learning by adopting new-age educational strategies and an innovative approach to advancing educational excellence. She strongly believes the 21stcentury’s rapid industrial revolution necessitates a paradigm shift in how we deliver education to match. This highly dynamic environment demands a scientific and agileapproach to prepare students for academic success. It highlights a need to improve curriculums and invest more in the future classroom’s content and climate.
In her quest to finding best practices to promote academic success, Norleen realises that educating a child requires a collaborative effort. “I’ve come to understand the importance of engaging stakeholders, particularly parents and schools, to create a comprehensive support system that empowers children with a seamless educational experience.” Simply put, education needs to start from home with the child’s primary caregivers, and should flow seamlessly into the school. As an avid promoter of creating healthy, safe, loving and fun environments for both learners and educators, Norleen invests a lot of time training child caregivers, parents, and educators on optimal developmentpractice. She is a staunch believer in investing in the formative years of a child’s life, as these are the critical foundation on which lifelong education is embedded. As a first-hand witness to the transformative power of high-quality early childhood programs, she advocates for quality education for all . “I’m also acutely aware of the stark disparities in access to quality early childhood education, particularly in economically disadvantaged communities, fuelling my determination to advocate for bridging this gap. Every child deserves an equitable start in life, regardless of their background or circumstances”

As the Founding Director of Education Emporium, she offers comprehensive support to educational institutions, mappingstrategic policies, and training staff to optimise the business operations and learning experiences. Her consultancy services provide a thriving educational ecosystem that builds academic excellence and valuable parental support that is unique to each child’s needs.
