DARING YOUTH SOUTH AFRICA PEAGENTS AMBASSADORS ANNOUNCED
Daring Youth South Africa has officially revealed their new ambassador, who will be representing the pageants until the first crowning in August 2025.
The launch was held in Benoni, Ekurhuleni, where three queens and a young king were announced as the representative ambassadors of Daring Youth South Africa.
Young models and pageant queens and kings from the north, south, east, and west were invited to the elegant ceremony.
The main objective of the pageant is to expose diverse young people’s cultures to the world and to become an educational platform and empowering tool for young men and women. The pageant’s mission is to become a leading project that grants young children and teenagers access to limited resources and improves their living standards, self-esteem, and confidence, especially for the boy child, to feel accommodated in the world of pageants.
Meet our ambassadors:
Enhle Mdakane, a remarkable 15-year-old entrepreneur, model, and community advocate, has been appointed as the official ambassador for Mr. & Miss Daring Youth SA 2025. This exciting partnership underscores Enhle’s commitment to empowering young people across South Africa and fostering community development.
Enhle, who made history as the first Black young woman to be crowned Miss Eco Teen International, continues to exemplify resilience, grace, and a passion for sustainability. Her journey from the fashion runways to community initiatives highlights her dedication to making a positive impact.
As an ambassador for Mr. & Miss Daring Youth SA, Enhle will use her platform to inspire youth to pursue their dreams, embrace leadership, and contribute to societal growth. Her role involves engaging with young participants, promoting the values of confidence, responsibility, and community upliftment, and encouraging young leaders to make a difference in their communities.
Okuhle Dlamini from Newcastle in the KZN province is one of the young models who has been appointed as an ambassador for Daring Youth South Africa. Her background has surrounded her with crowds from a young age, and stage presence has been her middle name. With Okuhle being an ambassador, it will be the cherry on top to encourage other young children from diverse backgrounds to see themselves in her and never shy away from the pageant industry.
Prince Rampisa. 19 year -old of age . He will be representing the boy child as an ambassador, mentioned that pageants are not only about girls; boys also need to participate. This can help in grooming young boys to be better men in the future and redefine traditional masculinity by celebrating all physicalities of the male nature. This can prevent GBV, stigma, and low self-esteem by accommodating them in the pageant industry in the early stages.
So now, the search is on for the first-ever Mr. and Miss Daring Youth South Africa, who will become the crowned Daring Youth.
Application are open young, and upcoming models are advised to apply, who knows, you might be the next first ever Mr or Miss Daring Youth South Africa 2025 .
