At just 14 years old, Gia van der Walt has been chosen as the very first Face of South African Kids Fashion Week. Daughter of South Africa’s iconic power couple Lee-Ann Liebenberg and Nicky van der Walt, Gia is stepping confidently into the spotlight with a role that symbolizes the exciting future SAKFW represents.

Her mother, Lee-Ann, rose to fame as a Miss South Africa finalist before becoming one of the country’s most recognized models and media personalities, collecting numerous awards over her career. Her father, Nicky, is a highly respected businessman and entrepreneur, serving as CEO and Co-Founder of TANG, the luxury Asian dining group with locations in Sandton, Cape Town, and Dubai. Together, the couple has long been admired as trailblazers in their respective fields. And now Gia carries that spirit into a new chapter.
