Joseph Alex Lungu aka Joe Arrangement was born in Kabwe in Zambia on the 7th of July. He is the 3rd born of 6 siblings. His Father and mother are Zambian and Half of his mother’s family are from South Africa, KwaZulu Natal (Nongoma)
Joe Arrangement is Singer, Song Writer, Urban Pop Artist, Video and Movie Director, Actor, Entrepreneur, Boilermaker and Baker based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Joe Arrangement did his high school in Zambia at The Kamwala High School.

MUSIC INCEPTION
Joe Arrangement’s love for music started at an early age as a teenager as such he was so much involved in children and adult Musical activities. He later was chosen by a catholic priest called Fr John Mary Katongo to study music (Piano and Gregorian Music) at St Bonaventure. He was so good at music specifically the Gregorian chants that he was later asked to start teaching the Priests and Seminarians this kind of music still as a teenager.
STUDIO PRODUCER
As Joe Arrangement was in high school (Grade 10) in Zambia, he was on weekends working as a Producer at SSV Studio till he finished his Metric/Grade 12. He was / still is a very great producer who produced music for both Gospel and Circular musicians. In the process of doing this production he was also producing his own songs that played on Radio Stations, he couldn’t promote his music further because his concentration was on producing music for people that time. He continued working as a producer till the day he left for South Africa.
ARRIVAL IN SOUTH AFRICA
Joe Arrangement came to South Africa to look after his grandmother and to further his education. the first job, he did was Teaching later started a bakery business with his business partner and in 2009 his business won the best small entrepreneur of the year. He then ventured in to buying used cars then sell them.
MUSIC REVIVAL
In 2014 Joe Arrangement and his friends recorded a song for a South African soccer club called Kaizer Chiefs. This song gave him hope to restart music so he formed a group with his friend Raymond called “JORAY” the group was an RNB group. The group was a success, they went around the country performing and promoting their music.
THE RETURN (MUSIC BAND)
Joe Arrangement is loved by people and fellow musicians. In 2016 a music band called “THE RETURN” was in love with his talent and recruited him to be one of the Vocalist. It was so amazing and an honour for him being part of musicians who have been in the music industry for many years. He learnt a lot from the legends and still is. They went around performing live music in different places around South Africa. Unfortunately, because of band members commitments some members left for Europe and others where busy with their businesses the group was put on hold but all the members are in contact.
JOE ARRANGMENT SOLO MUSIC JOURNEY
Joe Arrangement started doing his music afresh in 2019 and he’s not read to look back. He is busy recording some beautiful music. Since he didn’t have a manager, he had to manage Himself. He organised radio, TV, press interviews as well as performances. It’s been a great honour sharing the stages with great artists like, Cassper Nyovest, Kwesta, Emtee, Nadia Nakai, Dj Tira, Dj Maphorisa to mention a few. It was a lot of work but he didn’t mind since he was on a mission to make his music journey work.
ARTIST MANAGER AND MUSIC PROMOTER/PR
Not having a manager as an artist helped him to know how to manager artists and how the music industry operates. As he was managing himself, he didn’t know that people were observing his good works so a few artists and Record Labels approached him and gave him an opportunity to manage and promote their artists. This became his other job that he loved doing so much and he did it so well that he kept getting more artists and record labels coming.

Joe Arrangement is really using his God gifted talents so well. Because of the love for music, he learnt how to Direct music and videos and Movies. He has Directed a lot of music videos for artists across Africa. All the videos he directs plays on TV stations across the globe. He one day looks forward to Directing bigger Movies.
RADIO STATION WORKS
Joe Arrangement has a heart for the Entertainment Industry. He was chosen by a few Radio Stations to organise artists who needs radio platforms to exposure their music works as well as artists and other celebrities / public figures to inspire youths and people on different shows. This was done so well and still he is doing it.
CHARITY WORKS
Joe Arrangement believes in giving back to the world community so much. As such he has so far used his platforms of working with artists and different record labels to make and cause a difference in communities. He has donated food to the Orphanage Homes Homes, Old Age Homes etc… Joe Arrangement has Donated School shoes to the less privileged learners in Schools.
It is his heart desire to continue with helping the less privileged people across the world. He aims at using part of the money he is making from his music and from his businesses to help the communities.

MUSIC PLANS
Joe Arrangement wishes to work with all the Local and International musicians that gives him an opportunity. Because music is a strong weapon to bring people together and teach people how to love each other so that the world would be a better place for everyone, he will use it to pass messages to change the world. He plans to have a Local, African then World Music Tour for the purpose of preaching Love and Unity to the world.
ACTING
Joe Arrangement loves entertainment so much, with the help of the knowledge he acquired from the Drama and Theatre he managed shooting 2 movies which will be out soon and he is looking forward to doing more local and international movies.
CURRENT WORK
Joe Arrangement is currently working for an Engineering Company where they manufacture recycling machines and it’s the first engineering company that’s owned by young black youths in Africa. He is the Managing Director for the company and he is happy to be part of the recycling industry where they are manufacturing machines that are helping in the cleaning of the earth. Since these machines are made from scratch and Joe Arrangement had to learn how to make these machine irrespective of him being an executive because he believes that knowledge is power.
He is also a Media Director for a Production house in Johannesburg. He is in charge of recruiting talents, Direct the Production, Manage artists, Models, actresses and actors.
FUTURE PLANS
Joe Arrangement has plans to create avenues that will create more Jobs that will keep our youths out of the street and to create programs that will help youths to refrain from drugs and wrong activities.
Joe Arrangement wants to build Schools and Hospitals both in South Africa and Zambia, with music and his businesses this will come to pass soon, he believes.
