LeadHERship Africa: From Vision to Action to Transformation

As the world turns its attention to Johannesburg for the G20 Summit 2025, South Africa will host a landmark women’s leadership forum — “LeadHERship Africa: From Vision to Action to Transformation” — a high-level G20 Side Event convening on 22 November 2025.

Under the G20 South Africa 2025 theme of “Solidarity, Equality, and Sustainability,” this dynamic dialogue will unite influential women across government, business, academia, media, the arts, and science and technology. Co-hosted by Dr. Prudence Mocumi of Crystal Consulting / IMS and Dr. April Ripley of The Premiere Image / THE I.N.C. the event will convene Africa’s foremost women leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and changemakers for a day of strategic dialogue and action planning. LeadHERship Africa seeks to bridge global G20 priorities with local realities—advancing the participation and impact of African women in decision-making and enterprise. The dialogue will address persistent barriers to women’s advancement. Through a series of solution-driven discussions, strategic clusters across seven spheres of influence, and collaborative planning sessions, participants will co-develop actionable frameworks to:

• Embed women’s leadership within the G20 pillars of solidarity, equality, and sustainability;
• Expand access to capital, mentorship, and high-value partnerships;
• Build inclusive systems that strengthen the next generation of women leaders.
