Don’t get me wrong. Too much alien would be cheesy, so we needed that side story about the girl… but the ratio was off. It was more about the drama and too little about humans vs aliens (like you would expect in DAY ONE!?!?).

It started like you expect, but then it goes like it’s been already 2 years since the invasion. No! It was day 1, show me some tanks trying to get those things. Show me some more panic, show me some more than a girl crying about her father.

This movie should’ve been a better Cloverfield Paradox, instead it was that, but more drama.

So yeah, the movie is pretty good, but it missed the point of what it was supposed to be.
