When did you discover your singing talent?
I discovered my singing talent when I started singing in the children’s choir at our church, I was roughly eight years old.
How has been your journey as an artist since winning idols in 2017?
My journey as an artist has been such a blessing, I honestly would’ve never thought that I would have the privilege of living out my childhood dream!
When did you sign with Gallo Records?
The record deal was one of the prizes I received when I won the show in 2017, so ever since then!
After winning Idols, did you look at inspiring other musicians?
I definitely hope that I’ve been an inspiration and motivation to other aspiring artists/musicians, I have also been very inspired by the rich culture in SA and the amazing artists here.
Any plans to go and perform with the worlds top artist?
No plans as of yet but I would absolutely love to collaborate with international artists all around the world!
Who is your role model in the entertainment industry?
My role model in the entertainment industry has to be Rihanna and Black Coffee.
How are you celebrating your birthday this Spring?
I usually love to give back to my community or those in need because I’m not very big on birthday celebrations so I will most probably be doing that.
How do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years to come?
It’s hard to say, I feel like my journey has just begun and it has definitely been proof that your entire life can change in an instant. I hope to be doing what I’m doing on a much bigger scale and that I would have a positive impact on this world.
Tell us about your fashion sense?
Honestly I always dress for comfort, but love switching it up and breaking boundaries when it comes to fashion. Fashion evolves, and so do we as people so my fashion sense will always be changing.
Tell us what you do in your free time besides music or studio time?
I am busy with various campaigns, always looking at ways in which I can serve others, spending time with loved ones, trying out new restaurants and binge watching Netflix 😂.
